As a team, we have introduced robust measures to control the spread of the virus, these include:
- A daily deep clean of the office, warehouses, vehicles, and equipment, along with regular cleaning throughout the day.
- A range of awareness posters and signs are displayed throughout the premises.
- Risk assessments have been carried out for our office, warehouses, and vehicles.
- Staff have been provided with Safe Distancing Assistants to ensure social distancing is adhered to within the working environment.
- Additional hand washing and sanitising facilities are available onsite for staff and visitors.
- Vehicles have been equipped with antibacterial cleaning products and hand sanitiser.
- Staff have been provided with PPE such as disposable gloves and face coverings.
- Floor markings are in place in the office and warehouse to comply with social distancing rules.
- Where possible, our deliveries and collections are contactless.
- We provide a range of document scanning services if you require files digitalised for staff working remotely.
- Our client portal enables clients to access and manage their inventory remotely, either on a laptop, tablet, or phone.
- Subject to individual company policy, we can deliver and collect files to and from alternative addresses where clients are working from home.
