We’ll locate and retrieve the hard copy file for you, scan it and upload it to our secure client portal on the same day as we receive your request so that you can view your file in no time.

We also offer large format scanning up to document size A0, which is ideal for architects, builders and other firms that use large drawings and oversize paperwork. Whichever service you choose, your scanning will be performed on our state-of-the-art equipment. Your digital data will be returned to you via encrypted USB/hard drive and your original paper documents delivered to you, stored or securely destroyed.

We barcode and index each tape with our barcodes or volser which is then stored in our flood and fire resistant vaults.
Your back-up tape rotation service is built around the needs of your business and you can request a retrieval of your tapes whenever you need them. You can rest assured they will be delivered to your premises in our tracked vehicles by fully vetted drivers – we prioritise security at Archive-Vault. Your data tapes can be rotated daily, weekly, monthly or however you choose and when they are no longer needed, we can arrange for their secure destruction.
