We’re well-known for document storage and have developed an excellent reputation across East Anglia and beyond, but did you know we do more than just secure storage? We offer a number of services to suit your storage needs. Read on to get to know us a little better.

Electronic access to files
There are two ways our scanning services can benefit your business. First up is document scanning – perfect for businesses who need to access a large number of files on a regular basis. We carry out the full service of collection, preparation, scanning, indexing, and delivery or storage in line with GDPR so you know your data (and that of your customers) is safe and secure every step of the way. With over a decade of experience and a stringent vetting process, our team ensures your data is formatted correctly. Everything is indexed according to your request and returned to you via encrypted USB. We then either keep the hard copies in storage, return them to you, or ensure they’re securely destroyed. If you need documents to be digitised but don’t have the budget to do it all in one go we offer a ‘scan as you go’ service. We collect your documentation to bring into storage and then scan a pre-agreed percentage every month to help you spread the cost.

The second way we can help is through our scan on demand service. Rather than having to trawl through your full inventory or wait for the hard copy to be delivered, you submit a request and we scan the documents. Utilising our client portal, we make sure you get access to your documents quickly and rush requests are always dealt with on the same day so you can view, email or print the document swiftly.

PDF amendments
There are a number of reasons a PDF may need amending and we carry out amendments to your requirements. Perfect for editing, reducing the size, or splitting the information across multiple documents. We can also optimise the pages to make the entire document searchable, so you don’t have to keep scrolling through to find what you need. Once we’ve made the requested amendments, PDFs are sent back via WeTransfer, email, or a secure USB – whichever is the most suitable option for you.

Back-up tape management
Back-Up tapes are a reliable way to keep vital data safe and secure. We create a robust recovery plan built around your business needs to ensure that, if the worst happens, recovery doesn’t take long. Each tape is barcoded individually, indexed, transported in our secure media containers, and stored in our fire-rated vault. All our drivers are vetted and our vans are trackable; this transparent chain of custody means you know exactly where each tape is and can rest assured they’re safe at all times.

Disposing of documents
A key aspect of managing the document life-cycle is keeping on top of destruction dates. Our secure destruction services are GDPR compliant, which means you’re protected. We record the destruction dates of your files or boxes on our system and notify you when they’re nearing the end of their lifecycle. You then decide whether to keep them for longer or give the green light for destruction. All documents destroyed by us are done so in accordance with EN15713 (European Standard for Information Destruction) and sent for recycling to help you reduce your carbon footprint. We also issue you a detailed Certificate for Destruction for your records.

Crate hire

Whether you’re moving offices or storing bulky items our heavy-duty crates are the answer. You can hire them for as little or as long as you want. They’re also great for bringing bulky or awkward items into our storage facility, so you can take back some much-needed office space or simply get organised. Following the same strict security framework as the documents we store, you get a full inventory of everything and can submit retrieval requests quickly and easily.
